| Here's one way to scare the other delegates: use proven and tested ammunitions! Switzerland along with Norway and Aruba are just doing that. | |||||||||||||||||

| Zizi Lee is no ordinary delegate too! Imagine winning the first princess title at Miss World 2001! That wasn't a small feat of course and we knew you must have all the excellent qualities to go that far. Plus: Aruba is a nation to watch at Miss Universe. Zizi's multicutural and cosmolitan looks will play well too! Minus: Expect more pressure on her. Plus recent photographs of Zizi Lee shows she changed a lot. Predictions: Anything less than the crown would frustrate Zizi. |

| Miss Switzerland Bianca Sissing fared well at Miss World 2003. This beautiful lass who keeps herself in shape through kickboxing is no ordinary delegate. Plus: Her Miss World 2003 stint says it all. Expect a better showing at Miss Universe. Minus: It takes to be really good to ressurect the Swiss campaign at Miss U. Predictions: Expect her to shine at Ecuador |

| Norway is also sending Kathrine Sorland who is a Miss World 2002 front runner. The Philippines is also sending Miss Globe 2001 in the person of Maricar Balagtas. More and more countries are sending "veteran" and "seasoned" delegates inorder to increase their winning chances. Is this strategy effective? In some cases yes. Miss Botswana Mpule Kwelagobe was first sent at Miss World (she didn't make it to the semi-finals) prior winning the Miss Universe 1999 crown. Agbani Darego was also a Miss Universe 2001 finalist before becoming Miss World. Goizeder Azua was also a Miss World finalist before becoming Miss International. Miss Universe, we should remember, is of course different from Miss World. There are several attempts to send "veteran" and "seasoned" delegates at major pageants that didn't end so well. Heather Joy Hamilton, despite being a Miss Universe finalist didn't make a cut at Miss World 2000. Also, Cindy Nell was snubbed at Miss World 2003 despite being a Miss Universe 2nd runner-up! Delegates change over time. Whether for the better or for the worse, they do change. Thus a delegate's performance at a certain pageant will not necessarily mean that the very same perfomance will show-up in another pageant. Also, each pageant is unique in its own and the selection process is very different from each other. |
