Miss World 2008 Hot Picks : The Final Word
It seems Miss World is oblivious to the fact that they are now exposing the final winner long before she will step into the stage for the final competition. With several fast track events already called in, it is evident who will make it and who will not. Well in fact, you will now know who will wear the crown!
Do we really? Miss Russia Ksenia Sukhinova follows quite identical footsteps of the last year's winner Zi Lin Zhang. This makes Miss World less exciting but certainly not less interesting. Missosology places its bet on Ksenia not just because of the circumstancial evidences but because she got what it takes. If only Miss World was a little subtle, it will surely be exciting.
On the second place, Miss Mexico Anagaby Espinoza has all the reasons to believe that she has a pretty good chance to bring home the crown. She's the winner of the Beach Body fast track contest and she is one of the great favorites too! The winners of the beach body in the previous edition of Miss World either took home the crown or wowed the audience as a finalist.
Miss Ukraine Irina Zhuravskaya is the girl that Hot Picks chose months ago as the eventual winner. Anyone will agree that this girl will shine at the finals but she has an equal number of fans and critics.
The Philippines got over Janina San Miguel and the Filipinos are now fully backing their replacement delegate Danielle Castano. It turns out Danielle has a great personality and a beauty to behold as well. Will she be the Miss World that the Filipinos are waiting for?
Venezuela, Spain and South Africa all ready to conquer the Miss World pageant and all are worthy to become the winner. Miss Venezuela Hannelys Quintero will surely show off that Sousa magic that propelled Dayana Mendoza to Miss Universe victory. Miss Spain Patricia Rodriguez will delight us all and could be a serious contender for the title. Remember the 2nd runner-up in their national contest is the current Miss International. Host Miss South Africa Tansey Coetzee will surely not be left behind. A crown is not an issue but a runner-up position is very much possible when one looks back the 1993 and 1994 edition of the pageant.
All the rest in our list could pull a surprise like Miss India Parvathy Omanakuttan or Miss Brazil Tamara Almeida who was largely ignored until she arrived in South Africa. The spoilers on the other hand could ruin the day of the perceived winners. If Miss Angola Brigith dos Santos wins, the Russians will have their day spoiled.
